Your Rights and Additional Information About the Use of Data In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator.   • Your personal data will not be processed by the Administrator for longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

  • You can file a complaint about the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the service.
  • Automated decision-making actions, including profiling, may be performed in relation to you in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
  • Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that they are not transferred outside the European Union.

  6. Key Marketing Techniques The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider but only anonymized information. The service uses cookies in the user’s device.
